Sheba here has a few abilities that require some OOC communication on our parts.
The first, and most likely to come into play, is her ability to read minds. In her canon she is shown to be able to do this from a distance, but it generally works better the closer she is to someone (and works best if she happens to have physical contact with them in some way while she's trying to read their mind). She can also make it possible for someone else to hear the thoughts of whoever's mind she is reading by having physical contact with them at the time of reading as well.
Generally only people like her - Adepts, her canon's term for those who can make use of elemental magic - can tell when their minds are being read; however, given that the world of High Seas isn't Weyard, some allowances can be made if you wish for them to be able to tell. Characters who are experienced with providing mental defenses for themselves may also be able to block her out completely.
The second ability she has is called Reveal, which allows her to see things that are usually unseen (usually in the form of a hidden door or some kind of a foothold needed to proceed somewhere). However, this can also be adapted for general use if you wish.
If you'd do me the favor of filling out the following form and replying to the comment corresponding to the game you're in, that would be really helpful and I'd appreciate it! I tend to try and leave my tags relatively open when using these abilities - specifying that she may or may not find anything at all depending on what you prefer - but having a quick reference would be helpful, and if you would prefer that she never find anything at all it'll save us some time by having me able to have her attempt to do it and fail in a single tag. Thanks guys!
Thanks again for your help, everyone!

TOWER OF ANIMUS

Can Sheba read your character's mind? Zeref, yes, and he might be able to tell, since mind-reading does exist within the Fairy Tail universe. Hagire, yes as well, and he wouldn't be able to tell. As for Wilhelm... I doubt it.
What sort of mental defenses will Sheba encounter? Zeref and Hagire might not have any, but Hagire is just so insane and violent that might not like what she sees or hears. As for Wilhelm? His 'mind' isn't like a normal human's, and it's powerful enough to use the Compass of Order and Chaos, which is used to observe the collective subconscious of all of humanity. And in the Xenosaga universe, humanity is numerous enough to explore the entire galaxy as the dominant species.
How deep would you like Sheba to be able to go? As deep as she likes, except for Wilhelm.
If Sheba were to use Reveal and your character was within the area of effect, would she notice anything she wouldn't see normally? She could see Hagire's original body, or in Wilhelm's case, notice that his biology isn't entirely human; for example, he has no internal organs or blood, and is really only a physical manifestation of... something. Or at least, he wouldn't if he weren't already a wire mesh thing in the Tower.

Can Sheba read your character's mind? Yes, but only when he allows her to or if he's injured/maimed etc enough not to be able to stop her.
Will your character be able to tell? Yes.
What sort of mental defenses will Sheba encounter? We've been there before ICly but generally Sephiroth's mental defenses are impenetrable and kept that way. However once 'let inside' these walls her presence there would be kept in a strong bubble in order to shield her from information that he doesn't want her to know.
How deep would you like Sheba to be able to go? If she pushed while being let inside of his mind Sephiroth would probably push her out and never let her see again. That being said, it would be interesting for perhaps one day (CR permitting) for her to be allowed to know more about him this way - or conversely
cos I'm terriblehe could be made, by way of physical injury to open things up for her to see.If Sheba were to use Reveal and your character was within the area of effect, would she notice anything she wouldn't see normally? Going to pass on this one.
Re: TOWER OF ANIMUS
Can Sheba read your character's mind? Sure! Go ahead. Edgeworth would get pretty upset if he found out, though.
Will your character be able to tell? Probably not straight away. Edgeworth might if he found her mind-reading ability.
What sort of mental defenses will Sheba encounter? Could you clarify slightly please? Do you mean magical or otherwise?
How deep would you like Sheba to be able to go? As far as you want! Again, be aware, that Edgeworth would be pretty angry if he found out that Sheba was reading his mind. Colette would not mind so much, though - she only keeps secrets to protect her friends, rather than she doesn't want to talk about her problems.
If Sheba were to use Reveal and your character was within the area of effect, would she notice anything she wouldn't see normally? Colette's wings.
RIGHT THREAD ARGH
Can Sheba read your character's mind? Yes.
Will your character be able to tell? Yes.
What sort of mental defenses will Sheba encounter? None beyond the reaction he causes in others. Lorelei isn't human, doesn't think like a human - reading his thoughts is less reading thoughts than a fast-moving visual, audio and sensational game of charades. Also apparently telepathic contact with Lorelei is painful ... for the other person. He doesn't feel a twinge.
How deep would you like Sheba to be able to go? As deep as she could tolerate or translate.
If Sheba were to use Reveal and your character was within the area of effect, would she notice anything she wouldn't see normally? If he's in cheagle form she may see the outline of his human form, or in either form, his 'true' form, that of a luminant cloud of golden fire/lightning.
HIGH SEAS
Re: HIGH SEAS
Can Sheba read your character's mind? Sure
Will your character be able to tell? Sometimes. She's possessed, after all! Tho I imagine it'd be more a nagging feeling of, "Someone is poking me. :|"
What sort of mental defenses will Sheba encounter? Uuuh, really the only defense Conchita has is her own paranoia and a demon.
How deep would you like Sheba to be able to go? Surface most of the time, but with plotting, she can delve deeper. Really likely to get thoughts closely related to eating and food because Conchita's obsessed.........
If Sheba were to use Reveal and your character was within the area of effect, would she notice anything she wouldn't see normally? Her Glass is likely to glow bright red, as it's the source of her demonic possession. Also probably a spooky misty aura around Conchita herself.

Can Sheba read your character's mind? Yes.
Will your character be able to tell? Yes. Fairy Tail does indeed have mind-reading, and he'd probably know it when he feels it.
What sort of mental defenses will Sheba encounter? As far as I know, Zeref doesn't have any sort of mental defenses against this sort of thing. But if he realized she was trying to, say, learn how to use Death Magic, he'd start resisting, whether physically or mentally.
How deep would you like Sheba to be able to go? As deep as she likes! How deep Zeref would like her to go might be a different story.
If Sheba were to use Reveal and your character was within the area of effect, would she notice anything she wouldn't see normally? I don't think he has anything like that, unless you count the fact that his eye color changes depending on whether or not he's consciously controlling his magic, or whether or not he's angry.
