His 'mind' isn't like a normal human's, and it's powerful enough to use the Compass of Order and Chaos, which is used to observe the collective subconscious of all of humanity. And in the Xenosaga universe, humanity is numerous enough to explore the entire galaxy as the dominant species. How deep would you like Sheba to be able to go? As deep as she likes, except for Wilhelm. If Sheba were to use Reveal and your character was within the area of effect, would she notice anything she wouldn't see normally? She could see Hagire's original body, or in Wilhelm's case, notice that his biology isn't entirely human; for example, he has no internal organs or blood, and is really only a physical manifestation of... something. Or at least, he wouldn't if he weren't already a wire mesh thing in the Tower.
